These light but flavorful beverages will help you enjoy staying hydrated.
- 2 sweet citrus fruits, such as oranges or pink grapefruit
- 2 C sparkling mineral water
Use a paring knife to remove the outer colored part of the fruit peel and be sure to leave the white pithy inner layer intact as it is rich in bioflavanoids. Use bottled sparkling water without additives or chemicals. Combine in a blender and serve immediately.

- 2 apples
- 1 lemon (or lime)
- 2 Cups sparkling mineral water
Juice the apple and lemon together in your juicer. Pour into glasses with mineral water and serve with lemon wedges.

- 1 cucumber, peeled and cored
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 Gallon purified water or mineral water
Cut cucumber into 4 long strips and place in a glass pitcher with lemon slices. Cover with water and ice if desired. The cucumber and lemon will last all day. After you finish drinking the water just add more to the pitcher. This light refreshing drink is so tasty you’ll be inspired to drink water all day long.
This drink is light and only slightly sweet and can be made with a variety of juices.
- 1 Cup hibiscus tea
- 1 Cup cranberry juice
Use hibiscus tea bag in hot water to steep tea. Chill tea in the refrigerator or add ice to cool. Combine with cranberry juice or berry juice of choice.
